Aleksander has extensive experience with innovation, development, and digitalization projects in the public sector. As digitization lead, he promotes a low-code, knowledge- and data-driven approach to user-centric innovation and service development. With his background in law, he works at the intersection of technology, law and people to realize the district’s vision «Creating Solutions. Together». Central to this work is to develop holistic solutions across disciplines in collaboration with internal and external partners, welfare actors and businesses.
