When will I receive my ticket?

You will receive a ticket confirmation after ordering your ticket. Attendee information to all delegates will be emailed 1 week prior to the event.

I selected the invoice payment method. Why didn't I receive an invoice with my ticket confirmation?

Your invoice and ticket confirmation are sent in separate emails. They should both arrive within 24 hours. Please check your spam filter. If you did not receive your invoice and ticket confirmation please email [email protected].

How do I add a PO to my ticket purchase?

Email your PO to [email protected] after you have ordered, along with your ticket number.

Where is the Venue?

The conference venue is Oslo Spektrum (12-14 June). The workshops (10-11 June) are split between two venues (TBA). You will receive a detailed email with directions to your workshop venue closer to the event.

I bought a ticket including Hotel. Where am I staying?

If you purchase one of our hotel packages you are staying at a 4-star Clarion hotel situated close to the conference venue. You will get your hotel confirmation 1 week before the event.

All-Access Pass w. Hotel: Check-in 9 June - Check-out 14 June.

3-Day Conf pass w. Hotel: Check-in 11 June - Check-out 14 June.

How do I book the workshop I want to attend?

You select your workshop when you book your ticket. If you select the "choose later" option a workshop registration email will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to the event.

What’s the schedule for the event?

NDC Oslo is a 5-day event with 2 days of deep-dive workshops followed by 3 days of conference sessions.

• Workshop dates: 10-11 June, 9:00 - 17:00.
• Conference dates: 12-14 June, 9:00 - 18:40 (doors open 08:00)

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, all sessions are recorded and will be made public on our YouTube channel approximately one month after the conference.

How can I be a speaker at NDC Oslo?

The CFP has not yet opened. Stay tuned.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the conference is cancelled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event. Alternatively, attendees can opt for a full refund, or, a partial refund with access to the online version of the conference.
