Our hotel packages can be selected as a ticket option for one of the following ticket types:

All Access Pass - 5 Nights - 10750 NOK + MVA
3-Day Conference Pass -3 Nights - 6450 NOK + MVA
2-Day Workshop Pass - 2 Nights - 4300 NOK + MVA

You select hotel packages on the participant level of the order form.

Hotel 5 nights: All Access Pass w. Hotel: Check-in 18 May - Check-out 23 May
Hotel 3 nights: 3-Day Conf Pass w. Hotel: Check-in 20 May - Check-out 23 May
Hotel 2 nights: 2-Day Workshop Pass w. Hotel: Check-in 18 May - Check-out 20 May

If you purchase one of our hotel packages you will be staying at a 4-star Clarion hotel situated close to the conference venue. Breakfast is included.

Hotel confirmations will be sent out the week before the conference.
