Jakob is a life-long nerd who's interested in everything from classical music and wine to pokemon cards and, of course, computers. He spends his days trying to create the nicest-feeling, least frustrating air travel experience in the world at Norwegian Air Shuttle. Jakob has a passion for teaching and loves the challenge of communicating complex topics in an entertaining and understandable way, something he aspires to show in his talks!
