Rendle is the founder of RendleLabs, which provides consulting services and workshops to .NET development teams across all industries. Their particular obsessions are API design and development, performance, Observability and code-base modernisation, as well as eliminating unnecessary complexity wherever possible. They also use skills acquired during a few years as a professional stand-up comic to deliver entertaining and informative talks at conferences around the world, and recently learned to play bass so they could join tech parody band The LineBreakers.

Niels Tanis has got a background in .NET development, pentesting and security consultancy. He is Microsoft MVP and has been involved in breaking, defending and building secure applications. He joined Veracode in 2015 and right now he works as a security researcher on a variant of languages and technologies related to Veracode’s Binary Static Analysis service. He is married, father of two and lives in a small village just outside Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

Austin is a founding director of Sixty North, a software consulting, training, and application development company. A native of Texas, in 2008 Austin moved to Stavanger, Norway where he helped develop industry-leading oil reservoir modeling software in C++ and Python. Prior to that he worked at National Instruments developing LabVIEW, at Applied Research Labs (Univ. of Texas at Austin) developing sonar systems for the U.S. Navy, and at a number of telecommunications companies. He is an experienced presenter, teacher, and author, and he is an active member of the open source community. Austin holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Anders Abel is an senior .NET developer in Stockholm. He has been programming since he was 9 and still thinks it’s tremendously fun. He works with Duende Software on IdentityServer and designing identity and security solutions.

Philippe De Ryck specializes in making web security accessible to developers and architects, leveraging his Ph.D. from KU Leuven to inform his comprehensive understanding of security challenges. As the founder of Pragmatic Web Security, he provides practical security training and consulting services to organizations worldwide. 

His online course platform offers a self-paced approach to learning about security. Philippe also actively helps shape OAuth 2.0 best practices as the co-author of the best practices for browser-based apps specification. 

Philippe is recognized as a Google Developer Expert, acknowledging his contributions to web application and API security. He also organizes SecAppDev, an annual week-long application security course in Belgium.

Andrew Murphy started his career as a Software Engineer but, after a decade in technology leadership, he decided to focus on teaching the skills that he learnt the hard way. When he moved into leadership there was no support, so he had to make all the mistakes (a lot of them!) and learn from them.

His goal is now to make sure that tech leaders don’t have to do things the hard way by providing them with the mindsets and skillsets that can make them happy, confident and effective leaders.

This combines a blend of XP, agile, lean, devops and product thinking practices all to embrace learning in the context of work.

Phil Haack loves to code. He also loves to build products and engineering teams, with over twenty years of experience in the software industry. He is currently a recovering entrepeneur and independent techno-drifter. That’s a fancy way of saying he’s taking time off and evaluating his options after shutting down a startup he co-founded - A Serious Business, Inc. (YC S21), the makers of Abbot, a Copilot for Customer Success automation.

Patricia has a Masters degree in Computer Science and 18 years professional experience as a programmer, most of that time programming in C++. During that time she has worked in codebases with a high focus on security, including two browsers (Opera and Vivaldi) and embedded Cisco telepresence systems. For the past 5 years she has been working for TurtleSec, a company she co-founded. Hi! I am Gosia, but some people know me as a mom, a daughter, some as friend, others coworker, but for some, I am just “ey, you!”. A few years back I graduated from Automatic Control and Robotics, and soon after starting my job in that field, I knew... it's not for me. So I started looking for something new. Then.. it hit me how cool was programming during my studies, so HERE I AM!
For quite a few years now I have been working as a full-stack developer with .NET and React (and knockout, Angular JavaScript..). However, recently I have been feeling a growing passion and interest in DevOps too. I am only beginning my DevOps journey, but I am facing some exciting challenges. Alan Smith is an AI and ML developer, trainer, mentor and evangelist at Active Solution in Stockholm. He has a strong hands-on philosophy and focusses on embracing the power and flexibility of cloud computing to deliver engaging and exciting demos and training courses.

I'm a Norwegian developer who seeks to reduce the amount we rely on factors outside of our control. My professional experience spans from web development to real time safety critical systems, having worked for private and public companies in the domains of maritime, defence and public services.

At age 9 little David found an old book called "Electronic Computational Machines" at the library and, after reading it in a single weekend, decided that this was what he wanted to do with his life. Jerry Nixon, a Microsoft Product Manager for SQL Server, focusing on SQL Developer Experiences and Data API builder. With more than two decades of experience, he excels in developing, designing, and delivering software. He's spoken at tiny venues and giant launch events. He's trained thousands of developers. Jerry is currently a Professor of Computer Science at Colorado Christian University in Denver. Advocating for users and clean, maintainable code, Jerry's core passions lie in accessible design, data engineering, and plain-ole software development. Øystein Hagen Blixhavn is passionate about getting stuff done, in basically all senses of the words. If it reduses wasteful effort and time, fantastic. Richard Campbell wrote his first line of code in 1977. His career has spanned the computing industry both on the hardware and software sides, development, and operations. Martin Ertsås is a software developer working for Cisco Systems in Norway on their Colaboration Video Endpoints.

Liam Westley is Head of Engineering at FreemarketFX, a fintech startup specializing in foreign currency trading, with a cloud native platform in Azure. He quite likes working near London Bridge as there is some fantastic food and coffee to be had within a few minutes walk.

Previous to FreemarketFX, Liam worked at Huddle just down the road in Aldgate helping the mobile and desktop teams create apps to play nicely with microservices.
