I stopped writing code, but shipped more code & products than ever before

In this session, I’ll share how I stopped spending my days hand‑writing code yet ended up shipping more code, features, and products than ever before by leaning fully into GitHub Copilot across VS Code, the terminal, and cloud‑powered agents. We’ll explore how AI‑accelerated workflows reshape everything from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and iteration — turning natural language into working software, turning the CLI into a force multiplier, and turning cloud agents into teammates that handle background tasks and complex reasoning. If you’ve ever wondered what development looks like when you stop treating AI as a shortcut and start treating it as part of your engineering system, this talk shows the shift in practice, mindset, and output.
