Anders Erlandsen is a product manager at Team Agile, currently in an engagement with Statens Vegvesen building data-driven capabilities for traffic flow and emergency response. He has seven years of experience owning outcomes for digital products in regulated industries, with a toolkit grounded in product discovery and delivery.
At Gjensidige Forsikring, he led the digital sales team's transition to a modern product operating model, which increased both revenue and team satisfaction. He also has deep experience with digitalization and transformation across different industries, working closely with tech, legal, finance, and sales/service teams.
In 2025 he presented product content to 3,500+ attendees through Team Agile's webinar series. Spillmakker is his solo side project, launched in March 2026 — both a real product and a working study in what changes when one PM can ship production software without a team.
