Anuradha Shridharan

Founder & CEO, YoungCoderz AS

Anuradha Sridharan operates at the intersection of software engineering and early technology education—a journey shaped by over 23 years in the tech industry and a growing curiosity about how developers are formed long before they enter the workforce.

As a Test and Release Manager at Telia, she works with complex systems where quality, reliability, and adaptability are critical in real-world production environments. In parallel, as the Founder & CEO of YoungCoderz, she has spent the past 10 years building and running after-school programs across 12 international schools, helping more than 300 students each year get excited about programming, robotics, and AI through competition-driven learning.

Alongside this, Anuradha actively contributes to the broader tech community, regularly volunteering with initiatives such as Girl Tech Fest, TENK Tech Camp, and Java Zone Kids —supporting early engagement and inclusion in technology.

Connecting these experiences has led to a central insight: the mindset required to navigate uncertainty, experiment, and adapt in modern software systems is not built at the point of employment—it is formed much earlier.

Her work focuses on bridging this gap, bringing upstream learning perspectives into industry conversations and highlighting how adaptability—not just technical skill—will define the next generation of developers.
